After-event pickup and return
A Montréal event plan should identify the venue entrance, not just the district. For an outing around the Quartier des spectacles, downtown or Old Montréal, agree on a pickup address that the venue allows and a return time after the event.
Give the ticketed event date, expected finish time, passenger count and return addresses. Ask the organiser about vehicle access. Agree on a reachable meeting point for the group; event admission and any special parking must be confirmed separately.
